By entering and using this chat site you have agreed to the following, and agree to be legally bound by the following.

Should you not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions you will immediately leave the system and not return.

Proceeding past the initial login of the chat system will indicate your acceptance of these conditions.

 

1. You will not and cannot hold QChat, its staff or owners responsible for the content of third-party owned rooms hosted by this system. Nor can you hold QChat, its staff or owners responsible for the conduct or behaviour of the users that use this service.
2. You will not and cannot contact any QChat staff or owner in regard to the conduct of another user of this service or the content of any room on this service unless a breach of the Terms & Conditions has been committed by the user or room. In this case you will state exactly which part of the Terms & Conditions have been breached and will explain the situation in your own words giving the time and date in GMT format of the incident or incidents in question. You will not and cannot include any transcript of chat activity in your communication. Your communication must be received less than 48 hours from the incident or incidents. You will accept the decision (if any) of the QChat staff or owner without question and will not take any action that is contrary to that decision. Nor shall you contact them again on the same matter unless given permission to do so.
3. You will and must accept any decision made by server staff or owners without question.
4. You will not and cannot request private information about this system or users of this system.
5. You agree that all activity occurring within registered rooms on this server is logged and may be reviewed at any time by the server staff or owners for any reason.
6. All chat activity within the server is the property and copyright of the server owners. You will not and cannot record and/or duplicate any chat activity from this server in any way without permission from a server owner.
7. You will not use this system for any kind of commercial gain or profit. This doesn’t mean that you cannot own a room here if you are a commercial organisation, rather that you do not use this system as a means to make money.
8. You will not conduct yourself within this system in a manner that contravenes the laws of the United Kingdom or the local laws wherever you are. Doing so will make you solely responsible for your own actions and will result in your activities being reported to the relevant authorities.
9. You will promptly leave any room hosted on the server if instructed to do so by the room owner or server management.
10. You will promptly leave the server if instructed to do so by server staff or owners.
11. You agree that should you be forcefully removed or banned from a room hosted on this system or this system as a whole, you will not attempt to re-enter the room or system, and will not and cannot pursue legal action for the removal or for any event following as a direct or indirect result of the removal.
12. You will not and cannot pursue legal action against QChat, its staff or owners based upon events occurring, images seen or conversations witnessed whilst connected to this system.
13. You agree that you enter the chat system entirely at your own risk. Any damage or loss to yourself, your privacy, your equipment or data residing on that equipment is purely your own liability.
14. You will not and cannot take any action that would or could result in closure of this service, limiting of this service or any kind of degradation of this service.
15. The server staff or owners reserve the right to terminate your service at any time, without warning or explanation. This includes but is not limited to; banning you from the server, removal of privileges, revoking room ownership or disallowing your use of a nickname.
16. The views expressed by, actions taken by and content of rooms owned by users of this system are in no way the responsibility or liability of QChat, its staff or owners.
17. You will ensure that persons under the age of 18 are not exposed to conversations, images or sounds of an adult nature as a result of your usage of this service.
18. You accept that QChat will co-operate with law enforcement, copyright, child protection and other similar agencies and will submit logs and private information to such agencies if requested. You also accept that operatives from these agencies can be given the ability to monitor activity within rooms on this system in the course of carrying out their duties and that any such monitoring is unannounced.
19. Any sounds, images, graphics, conversations, ideas or intellectual property used/discussed on this system by the copyright owner are from the time of use, free for the server owners to duplicate and use for any reason or purpose.
20. You will not and cannot disclose personal information on this system about any individual without the consent of the individual concerned. This includes but is not limited to: real names, addresses, pictures, conversations and sound recordings.
21. The server owners can change these conditions at any time without notice or explanation. All changes made will be in effect from the date of acceptance of this agreement or from the date the change was made whichever is the earlier or unless otherwise stated. A change can mean an amendment of, addition of or removal of terms from this agreement.
22. Each one of these conditions is a separate agreement and are in no way linked. Should any of these conditions in whole or in part  be found void or proved void for any reason, this will not render all conditions, any other condition or part of any condition in this agreement void as a result.

 

 

 

Please remember that you *MUST* agree to these terms and conditions to remain in this chat system. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions after using this server will result in a permanent ban and an abuse report made to your ISP including a log of your activity.
